Whether Cocker Spaniel, Small Munsterlander, German Spaniel, Irish Terrier or English Springer Spaniel, medium-sized hunting dogs place particular demands on a collar. Agile and enduring, they may spend hours working through dense cover, in water or on a tracking line.
A good working collar needs to achieve two things: it must be robust enough to withstand thorns, moisture and the demands of regular field use, while remaining comfortable enough for the dog to move freely when flushing, retrieving or pointing.
It is precisely with these requirements in mind that we developed our collection of leather collars for medium-sized hunting dogs.

Dogs with more robust coats may be perfectly comfortable with the clean, streamlined construction of an unpadded oiled-leather collar.
