The first time we attended a sighthound race, we weren’t quite sure whether these slender, graceful dogs would capture our hearts.

We were fortunate — it turned out to be an extraordinary day. One moment in particular has stayed with us ever since: five Greyhounds racing past at breathtaking speed, the ground almost vibrating beneath our feet as they flew by.
